Terms And Condition
- This present scheme is applicable to all current members and new joining members till date …………. and opting for any of the packages introduced by the NiftyMillionaire Club.
- Only those members who fulfill requisite formalities and make necessary payments as per the Club package will be entitled for the benefit under the applied scheme.
- The members will be intimated Top Trader’s Trades ( guidelines) of equity/commodity/derivative share / script with target price and stop limit via SMS or Email on registered telephone number and Email only. The member will also be supplied with MIS report from Niftymillionaire Club on daily basis or Weekly or monthly via email on registered email address.
- NiftyMillionaire Club will not be liable for any claim arising out of technical fault / miscommunication / network / problems / telecommunication failure.
- NiftyMillionaire Club will not be liable for any claim arising out of inaction on the part of member.
- Member will be entitled for the facilities provided under the opted scheme till subscribed period only.
- NiftyMillionaire Club reserve its right to change or alter any of the condition subscribed hereinabove without any prior notice or intimation to the members.
- There will not be any refunds for Membership .
- Any claim or dispute arising out of this scheme are subjected to the jurisdiction of court situated at Registered Office only.
